Overview

NPM Mobile Manager is a mobile client for managing Nginx Proxy Manager instances. This privacy policy explains how our app handles your data.

Data Collection

The app collects and stores:

  • Server URL of your Nginx Proxy Manager instance
  • Authentication tokens for accessing your NPM instance
  • Login credentials (temporarily during authentication only)

All data is stored locally on your device using secure storage. No data is transmitted to any servers except your own Nginx Proxy Manager instance.

Data Storage

We use Flutter Secure Storage to safely store:

  • Authentication tokens
  • Server URLs

This data is encrypted using Android's security features and is only accessible within the app.

Data Transmission

The app only communicates with:

  • Your specified Nginx Proxy Manager server
  • No other external servers or third parties

All communication is done using HTTPS when available.

Permissions

The app requires:

  • Internet access: To communicate with your NPM server
  • Network state access: To verify connectivity

Data Deletion

All stored data can be removed by:

  • Clearing app data in Android settings
  • Uninstalling the application

Subscription & Payment Data

When you purchase a premium subscription, the following information is processed:

  • Purchase transaction ID
  • Subscription status (active, trial, expired, canceled)
  • Purchase date and renewal date
  • Subscription type (monthly or yearly)
  • Platform (iOS or Android)

How We Use This Data

This data is used solely to verify your subscription status and provide premium features within the app. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card information or payment details.

Data Sharing

Your subscription data is shared only with:

  • Apple Inc. (for iOS subscriptions via App Store)
  • Google LLC (for Android subscriptions via Google Play)

This sharing is required by their respective platforms to process payments and manage subscriptions. We do not share this data with any other third parties.

Free Trial Information

If you activate a 7-day free trial:

  • Trial start date is recorded locally on your device
  • No payment information is required during trial activation
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial period at no cost
  • Trial eligibility (whether you've used a trial before) is tracked locally

Subscription Management

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions

We cannot process subscription cancellations or refunds directly. All subscription management must be done through your respective app store.

Data Retention

Subscription status data is stored locally on your device for as long as you have the app installed. When you uninstall the app, all locally stored subscription data is deleted.

Third-Party Services

The app uses:

  • Apple App Store (iOS) - for in-app purchase processing
  • Google Play Store (Android) - for in-app purchase processing

No other third-party services or analytics platforms are used.

We may update this privacy policy as needed. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect any changes. Please review it periodically.
