NPM Mobile Manager Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NPM Mobile Manager ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NPM Mobile Manager is a mobile application that provides a user interface for managing Nginx Proxy Manager instances. The App allows you to connect to and manage your own self-hosted Nginx Proxy Manager servers.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Premium Subscription

The App offers two auto-renewable subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: $0.99 USD per month
• Yearly Subscription: $9.99 USD per year

Both subscriptions include access to premium features, including:

• Support for up to 50 NPM instances
• Ability to create unlimited proxy hosts
• All current and future premium features

3.2 Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of premium features.

Free Trial Terms:

• The free trial period is 7 days from the date of activation
• No payment is required to start the free trial
• Full premium features are available during the trial period
• You can cancel anytime during the trial period at no cost
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for your selected subscription (monthly or yearly)
• The free trial is available only once per user, per Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android)
• The free trial cannot be combined with other promotional offers

3.3 Billing & Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase (after free trial ends)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• The renewal cost will be the same as your original subscription price unless we notify you otherwise
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's account settings after purchase

3.4 Cancellation

During Free Trial:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time during the 7-day trial period
• Cancellation during trial means you will not be charged
• Premium access continues until the end of the trial period even if canceled

After Subscription Begins:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will continue to have premium access until the end of your paid period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period

How to Cancel:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → NPM Mobile Manager → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → NPM Mobile Manager → Cancel Subscription

3.5 Refunds

• All refund requests must be made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Refund policies are determined by Apple and Google, not by us
• We cannot process refunds directly
• Apple and Google typically offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase for valid reasons
• To request a refund:
  • iOS: Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Android: Google Play Store → Account → Purchase history → [App] → Request refund

3.6 Price Changes

• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Existing subscribers will be notified before price changes take effect
• Price changes do not affect your current subscription until the next renewal period
• If you do not agree to a price change, you can cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect

3.7 Feature Availability

• Premium features are subject to change and improvement
• We may add new premium features at no additional cost to subscribers
• We may remove or modify features with reasonable notice
• Core premium features (multi-instance support, host creation) will remain available to all premium subscribers

4. Free Tier

The App offers a free tier with limited features:

• Support for 1 NPM instance
• View and manage existing proxy hosts
• Enable/disable existing proxy hosts
• Edit existing proxy host configurations
• All core functionality for managing a single instance

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your NPM server credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur using your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5.2 Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes
• You will not use the App to violate any laws or regulations
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• You will not use the App to manage servers you do not own or have permission to manage

6. Intellectual Property

• The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• The App name "NPM Mobile Manager" and associated branding are our property

7. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
• We are not responsible for any data loss, server downtime, or configuration errors on your NPM servers
• Our total liability to you for any claims related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months

8. Data and Privacy

• Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy
• The App stores configuration data locally on your device
• We do not have access to your NPM server data or credentials
• Subscription and payment data is processed by Apple or Google according to their privacy policies

9. Third-Party Services

• The App integrates with Nginx Proxy Manager, which is third-party software
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of Nginx Proxy Manager
• We are not responsible for the functionality or availability of Nginx Proxy Manager
• Payment processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store

10. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease
• Termination does not affect your subscription payment obligations for the current billing period

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date
• Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
• If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the App and cancel your subscription

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
